### Provide Recommendation

All candidates on theBoardlist are required to have a recommendation from a for-profit board director to be eligible to appear in search results (unless they have previous for-profit board experience). By recommending your top leaders to theBoardlist, you formally back them as Board Ready and unlock the power of our search platform.

### Offer Affiliation

Allow your members to display their affiliation with your organization on their theBoardlist profiles. This option lends credibility to their board candidacy, but does not qualify them for search results.
